In order to verify that you have received exactly what you asked for when you placed your order, we ask that our customers check their order quickly. If there is a problem, whichever it may be, we offer you an easy return service of Bizou's products.
Free Returns and Refunds
Products can be returned up to 30 days after receiving them. For each item, you can decide whether you would like a refund, or whether you'd like to reorder the product or exchange it. After 30 days, Bizou reserves the right to deny a refund, an exchange or a credit.
- No returns on sales, earrings (including sets) body piercing and cosmetics.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. - Online purchases can not be exchanged or reimbursed in store.
- Bizou EXCLUSIVE promotions are not cumulative, nor have any cash value.
- The rebate applied to bizou EXCLUSIVE promotions is not refundable when merchandise is returned.
If you choose to be refunded, the money will be reimbursed according to the payment method used for your purchase. Your credit request will be approved 24 hours after the receipt of your package at our shipping center.
We have done everything we can in order to guarantee your entire satisfaction and to offer you a great shopping experience at our online store. We have been very careful to deliver you the products as you asked us. In spite of these precautions, it is possible that the content of your order does not reflect your expectations.
- One or many products are broken or faulty.
- One or many products received were not those ordered.
- You wish to return one or many products without having to provide a reason.
Before returning your order, make sure that the product is in its original packaging, with the labels. Affix the pre-addressed label on your Bizou box. Drop off the package at the nearest Canada Post outlet.
