Bizou “exclusive”

  1. Q. How to register for Bizou “exclusive” program?
    A. There are two ways to register for Bizou “exclusive” program. First, you can register directly by completing your profile in the Create an account section of our website. If you gave your email address in a Bizou boutique, you must still complete your profile on our website to become “exclusive”.

  2. Q. My promotional code doesn’t work?
    A. Make sure you are connected to your “exclusive” online account. Then, enter the promotional code in your shopping cart in the promotional code section and press the apply button. You can log in to your online account HERE.

  3. Q. How do I log into my account?
    A. If you already have an account, go to https://www.bizou.com/en-ca/customer/account/login/, enter your email address and password to log in and use promotional codes as an “exclusive” member.

    A. If you forgot your password, click on the My account tab and click on forgotten password. Enter your email address and we will send you a new password.

  1. Q. What are your delivery times?
    A. Usually, all orders are delivered within 2 to 10 business days. The delivery of our packages is provided by Canada Post. For more details, see the packaging and delivery section of our website.

    A. Once your order is shipped, Canada Post will email you a tracking number. Visit http://www.canadapost.ca to track your package.

  3. Q. Can I change or cancel my order?
    A. Once processed and shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it by mail. Click here to learn more.

  4. Q. How can I return my order?
    A. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it by mail within 15 days following its delivery date. Put the prepaid label on your Bizou box and drop it off at the Canada Post outlet nearest you. You can also go directly to a Bizou boutique nearby with your receipt and return or exchange an item from your online order. See the Return and refund section of our website for more details.

    A. We are proud to offer you a completely secure online shopping environment. Our website is authenticated by VeriSign, which means that all confidential information and all other information related to your credit card is encrypted and coded by the SSL protocol. We do not store any confidential information on our server.

  4. Q. I get an error message when proceeding to payment, what is going on?
    A. Make sure your billing address (name, address and postal code) is identical to the address figuring on your credit card statement. This information is used to validate the authenticity of the payment. If you have validated all the information and you still receive an error message, we recommend that you contact your financial institution.
