You can return your regular priced products up to 15 days after receiving them for any reason!
To return any purchase to a Bizou boutique, bring your receipt and items to the boutique closest to your location and ask a salesperson, he or she will help you with your exchange or refund. If you want to return products by mail, simply put them back in their original packaging with their price tags; place them in the Bizou box that was sent to you and put the prepaid label over the old one. Then, you just have to drop your package at a Canada Post outlet! The refund will be made according to the same method of payment used for the purchase. After 15 days, Bizou reserves the right to refuse a refund or credit.
